Processing time
1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend are processed the following Monday.
Delivery time
12 to 20 business days after processing. Total time from order to delivery is 13 to 23 business days.
Shipping cost
Flat rate $4.95 per order. Free on orders of $49 or more after discounts.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 3 to 5 days to show its first scan. That is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Duties and import taxes
US import duties are not collected at checkout. If a charge applies to your parcel, the carrier will contact you before delivery.
Split shipments
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You are not charged twice.
Wrong address
Write to us within 12 hours of ordering if your address is wrong. After that, changes depend on the order’s fulfilment status and may no longer be possible.
